Hi,

I’m Carmen Turner.

I am board certified as an Adult Health NP and a Psychiatric Mental Health Clinical Nurse Specialist. I have over 20 years of experience caring for patients across a variety of settings. My back ground includes internal medicine, college health, substance abuse treatment and mental health disorders.

I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of depression, anxiety, ADD/ADHD, obsessive compulsive disorders(OCD), trauma issues, sleep disorders, substance abuse and addiction.

I founded my practice because I wanted to provide the kind of care every patient deserves- care that is personal, thoughtful and never rushed.

My approach is collaborative and evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy CBT, Motivational Interviewing and supportive psychotherapy. Together, we will create a clear, individualized plan that feels practical and achievable.
